forward email using the customer's hardware and software assets.
This would require the customer's own network connection to the Internet.
Spam and virus filtering would be provided to the ability the current
technology allows.

Shared data storage and serving

Provide the customer with a server to retain and serve data shared by
computers within the customer's internal network.
The clients may include properly installed and configured desktop
computers or other servers.
The data may be stored as files within a file system or records within
a database.

Remote access

Provide the customer with the capability to access their internal network
from a computer on the Internet in a secure way.
This may include, but is not limited to, access to the customer's internal
email or their desktop.

System administration

Monitor the provided servers to recognize and, where possible, anticipate
problems.
Suggest solutions to these problems.
This may include, but is not limited to, disk space management, log
rotation, performance management and user management.

Highly available servers

Provide the customer with a server solution using multiple computers in
a clustered, highly-available configuration.

Web content

Consult, design and/or implement the content of the customer's web
presence.
This may include, but is not limited to, access to data stored within
the customer's internal network, content provided by the customer
(such as prose, graphics, pictures, etc.), forms for data entry and/or
periodically updated webcam stills.
